A Leader Rooted in Honesty, Respect, Love, and Hard Work

If you ask anyone in Prospergenics what makes Sandra stand out, you’ll hear stories of integrity, unstoppable energy, and genuine care for others. As the heart and head of our community in Narok, Kenya, Sandra leads by example—bringing honesty, respect, love, and hard work into everything she does.

From Challenge to Catalyst: Sandra’s Story

When Sandra first joined Prospergenics, she didn’t just participate—she ignited a spark. Her deep motivation and focus led to impressive results from day one. Yet, this very drive stirred envy among some team members. Sandra’s response? She wasn’t distracted by doubts or criticism. Instead, she kept raising the bar, maintaining her high pace and—crucially—lifting others along with her. In this, Sandra not only earned respect, but also shifted the culture: what began as tension became team spirit.

Empowering Others, One Initiative at a Time

Sandra’s commitment doesn’t stop at our office door. She actively organizes fundraisers for people in need—whether it’s supporting the sick, getting school supplies for children, or helping the elderly. Under her guidance, Prospergenics has become more structured, efficient, and impact-driven. Her ability to empower others is not just a talking point; it’s a track record.

Teacher, Organizer, Culinary Talent

What makes Sandra unique is her ability to both learn and teach at lightning speed. Whether it’s guiding budding entrepreneurs, building businesses with partners like Faith (Nanare Beauty Luxe), or working as a personal assistant to Martien de Jong, Sandra moves seamlessly from the classroom to the boardroom. And if you want a taste of her Narok roots, ask her about her favorite food—nothing makes her smile like a plate of nyama choma.

Vision for the Future

Sandra doesn’t just talk about dreams; she plans for them. In five years, her goal is simple but ambitious: to own and run the largest shoe and clothing store in Narok town. Every step she takes—from organizing teams to launching fundraisers—brings this future closer for herself and her community.
